I'm a Mindfulness-based practitioner; the style of therapy I primarily draw from is called Focusing-oriented therapy, which is an evidence-based, gentle path of intuitive self-exploration that aligns with the latest neuroscience. The practice is about sensing into what is called the "felt-sense" which can lead to a lasting "felt-shift", healing trauma symptoms and creating new neuropathways in your brain and fresh ways forward in your life.
