Dr. Deanna Geddo

Dr Deanna Geddo was raised by extraordinary parents. Her father was a great scientist and humanitarian, a medical doctor and dentist who approached his practice holistically. Her mother a multitalented artist and lover of beauty and kindness the world over.

Surviving wars and revolutions added to Dr Geddo’s commitment to alleviate suffering and to hold a vision of peace and healing for each being in particular and the planet in general.

Her childhood as a concert violinist and theatre performer imprinted Deanna’s spirit with the need to pursue essential beauty and truth everywhere.

These are the values that Dr Geddo practices as a Dentist in a holistic fashion. She approaches every patient with the following questions in mind: “How may I best serve this person? How may I give her/him the best of me while honouring and respecting the best in her/him?”

She spends considerable time getting to know each person deeply and developing joint treatment plans for the long term oral care of the individual in harmony with his/her general health.

One of Dr Geddo’s favourite sayings is: “I love pampering my patients!” and to that effect she offers all kinds of comforts at no charge-hot stones, aromatherapy, oxygen relaxation, musical scores inducing peace and tranquility, warm or cool face towels, soft cushions and blankets, vibrating chair massages, etc, etc, etc.

No wonder many patients consider their dental appointment the highlight of their day or, as Suzi C. wrote in her thank you card “I have never felt so happy about going to the dentist!”
