Kim is a Certified Athletic Therapist, a graduate from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Science and graduate of Sheridan College's Sports Injury Management Program with a Diploma in Sports Injury Management. She is currently pursuing her Master's at the University of Victoria under the direction of Dr. Brian Christie, researching the cutting edge standards of mild traumatic brain injuries. She was a member of the University of Victoria Women's Basketball program, winning two National Championships in 1998 & 2000 respectively.
Kim is the Director of Ozmosis Wellness Inc. and Head Athletic Therapist at St. Michaels University Senior School. For the past 10 years, Kim has worked with several professional, national, provincial level sport organizations and highschool programs in the city and has had an extensive amount of experience treating all types of injuries in field and clinical setting.
Highlights of her career are Rugby World Cup France 2007, Host Medical Team at the Richmond Oval of the Vancouver 2010 Olympics, World Wheelchair Rugby Championships Richmond 2010 and World Rowing Championships Lake Karapiro New Zealand 2010. Most recently a proud Lead Athletic Therapist of the Silver Medal Winning Canadian Wheelchair Rugby Team at the London 2012 Paralympics!!!!!
