Krista is certified in acupuncture and in Intramuscular Stimulation and is a resident of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapists. Krista's training allows her to offer her clients a wide range of treatment options to thelp them through their recovery. She uses a combination of exercise prescription, Intramuscular Stimulations (IMS), manual/manipulative therapy, and acupuncture to help clients.
