Lainey always knew she would pursue a career in holistic medicine, and in 2013 she graduated from Pacific Rim College’s diploma in Acupuncture, where she also studied Phytotherapy both in classroom and clinical settings.
She has experience in both private and community settings, and enjoys working in a multi-disciplinary clinic where patients can really enjoy a holistic approach to health.
She is licensed with the CTCMA of BC, and uses acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, tui na, moxabustion, dietary, exercise and lifestyle recommendations in her practice. She emphasizes her patients’ role in treatments, and provides the tools so they can play an active part in their health journey. Lainey loves to see people for all sorts of conditions whether it’s a mental, emotional or physical ailments, and especially enjoys stress management, sports injuries, hormone balancing and pre and post natal care.
She grew up in a small town in the Kootenay-Boundary Region, and loves the friendliness and support that smaller communities share. Loving to live an active life, when not in the clinic you can find her at the gym or exploring the Islands’ many parks and trails.
