I live in the community of Sooke and travel to Victoria on Tuesdays. I have completed my Yoga Therapy certification through Susi Hately & her team at Functional Synergy based out of Calgary. I have been in the fitness/yoga industry for 11 years, recently attaining my yoga therapy certification. I love working one-on-one with people, helping them move better so they feel better and can get back to living.
