My name is Mike Carrow and I am the owner/operator of Fit by Design Personal Training. I have been working as a personal trainer for 8 years, and I have served clients of all ages with a variety of different fitness goals. Some common goals that my clients have include: weight loss, nutrition guidance, physical rehabilitation, strength and cardio gain. I offer my services in my home based gym, and I also offer corporate and in-home training. The first session that you have with me is an in depth consultation which includes goal setting, medical screening, nutrition assessment, and body fat, strength and flexibility testing. Having this information then allows me to put together the most suitable program for your needs.
