Ocean’s contribution to the field of personal growth and transformation is to use an holistic approach to change integrating clinical counselling, mindfulness and yoga. She has an MA in counselling psychology, and has been teaching mindfulness and yoga for 14 years. She has a special interest in a Holistic approach to depression and anxiety, in order to avoid or reduce medication.
